How it works

We’ve made getting started with the Pantene Free Recycling Program easy! Simply download a free shipping label to ship your Pantene hair care packaging to TerraCycle, and we’ll recycle it.

Collect

Create a TerraCycle account and join this program. Then reuse any box you have to start collecting your Pantene hair care packaging.

Print free label

When your box is full, sign in to your TerraCycle account to download and print a prepaid shipping label.

Ship

Seal your box, affix the prepaid shipping label, and send it to us to be recycled.

All non-aerosol Pantene hair care packaging including Pantene shampoo and conditioner bottles, flexible plastic packaging such as color packets, flexible plastic tubes, and complex closures.

Please check for local recycling solutions for #1 and #2 plastics. If no recycling solution exists in your area, you can include this packaging in your shipments through this program.

We encourage you to ship when your box is full of Pantene hair care packaging to minimize the transportation carbon footprint for this program. UPS will not accept dripping packages, so please make sure your items are dry.

No, you do not need to clean the packaging before dropping it off, but please remove as much of the remaining product as possible before shipping.
