How it works

We’ve made getting started with the Jeuneora Free Recycling Programme easy! Simply download a free shipping label to ship your Jeuneora powder pots, scoops, sachets and skincare to TerraCycle, and we’ll recycle it.

Collect

Create a TerraCycle account and join this programme. Then reuse any box you have to start collecting your Jeuneora powder pots, scoops, sachets and skincare.

Print Free Label

When your box is full, sign-in to your TerraCycle account to download and print a prepaid shipping label.

All Jeuneora online orders will also come with a pre-printed shipping label and return-bag made from recycled plastic.

Ship

Seal your box, affix the prepaid shipping label, and send it to us to be recycled.

We encourage you to ship when your box is full of rubbish to minimise the footprint of this programme. New Zealand Post will not accept dripping packages, so please make sure your items are dry.

Rewards

Jeuneora Rewards members can earn 25 points each time they recycle!

How it works:

Visit the Jeuneora website to sign in and order a free Jeuneora Return Bag.
Save your empty Jeuneora packaging in your Return Bag, until you have at least 6 plastic items, but don’t include the outer cardboard packaging, it can go in your kerbside recycling bin!
Send your items for recycling:

New Zealand: Once full, drop your Return Bag at your local post office.

Redeem your Jeuneora Rewards points for Jeuneora products and merch in the Rewards Centre on Jeuneora’s website. *A minimum spend of $75 is required to redeem any reward from the Jeuneora Rewards Centre. Points are updated monthly (except in December).

Send in your recycling to earn reward points. Shipments earn 100 points ($1) per kilogram.

TerraCycle points can be redeemed for a donation of $0.01 per point to the charitable organisation or school of your choice.
