How it works
We’ve made getting started with the JUUL Recycling Programme easy! When you place an order for new pods, you can add a free carrier bag to your cart. These bags are specially designed to hold used JUULpods and JUUL2 pods. Fill it up to the designated line, seal the top of the mailer and send it back to Juul Labs via Royal Mail using the prepaid label that came with it.

- Vaping products or devices of any other brand
- JUUL Devices or JUUL2 Devices
- Any other products or packaging
What are the different steps to participate in the programme?
- When you place an order for new pods, you can add a free carrier bag to your cart. These bags are specially designed to hold used JUULpods and JUUL2 pods.
- Fill up the bag to the designated line and seal the top of the mailer.
- Send your filled bag back to Juul Labs via Royal Mail using the prepaid label that came with it.
- Juul Labs will collect all the waste and, when they've accumulated enough, they will ship it to TerraCycle for recycling.

Yes, this national scheme is brand-specific, which means you can only send JUULpods and JUUL2 pods (not JUUL Devices) of this particular brand.
Juul Labs has sponsored this national scheme, so there is no direct cost to you.
Yes, please ensure your pods are empty (no liquid remaining) prior to sending them using the carrier bag.

Returned pods are processed at a certified recycling facility. Each material component is meticulously separated, and recyclable elements are processed for recycling. Materials like plastics and metals are carefully reformatted into raw materials, ensuring sustainable reuse.
