How it works

You should already have a TerraCycle account and you should already be signed up for this program. You should have a username (your email address) and password that has been assigned to you or that you have created. If you need further assistance or have questions, please call Nespresso Customer Service at 1-855-325-5781.

Participating is completely free and very easy. Join the program by clicking the "Join for Free" button at the top of this page.

The next step is to order your collection boxes. You may do so by clicking the "Ship Us Your Waste" button and selecting the Nespresso B2B Recycling Program. Then, choose the size of boxes you wish to order. Your boxes will be shipped within 2 weeks.

You are now ready to start collecting Nespresso capsules!

Your Nespresso B2B boxes come with prepaid shipping labels, so once it is full, simply ship the box to TerraCycle by calling UPS at 1-800-PICK-UPS and scheduling a next business day pick up.

Collect

Create a TerraCycle account and join this program. Then reuse any box you have to start collecting your Nespresso consumer and professional capsules. Please note we do not accept T-Discs or K-Cups.

Print Free Label

When your box is full, sign-in to your TerraCycle account to download and print a prepaid shipping label.

Ship

Seal your box, affix the prepaid shipping label, and send it to us to be recycled.
