You choose which TerraCycle free recycling programs your public drop-off point will participate in. Collectors can drop off only the rubbish accepted in those TerraCycle programs.

Public spaces that have good traffic flow and are easily accessible are excellent public drop-off point. Stores, community centres, places of worship, and libraries are great options.

No, you do not need to clean the packaging before dropping it off for recycling, but please remove as much of the remaining product as possible before shipping or dropping it off at a Community Collection Hub. Australia Post and Hubs will not accept dripping items, so please make sure your items are dry.
We encourage you to ship once you have a full box to minimise the footprint of this program. Australia Post will not accept packages weighing over 20kg or dripping packages, so please make sure your items are dry.

Once collected, the dish and air care packaging is cleaned and separated by material type. The fibres and plastics are recycled into raw formats that manufacturers use to make new products.
