BRITA® MAXTRA+ Filter Free Recycling Program

Only Brita® MAXTRA+ branded filters and soft plastic packaging are accepted in the program.

This program does not accept:

• Brita® Classic filters
• Other brands of filters or soft plastic packaging

• Outer cardboard packaging can be recycled with your local council, so please don’t include this in your shipment to TerraCycle

No, you do not need to clean the packaging before dropping it off for recycling. However, Australia Post will not accept dripping items, so please make sure your items are dry.

We encourage you to ship once you have collected at least ten filters (approximately 1kg) to minimise the footprint of this program. Australia Post will not accept dripping packages, so please make sure your items are dry.

NOTE: Any shipments weighing under 1kg (approximately 10 filters) will not receive TerraCycle points.
