2 Access your Computershare account here.
3 Once signed in to Computershare, you will see a message with the email address and password needed to log into the TerraCycle US Investor site.
4 Return to this page and use the email address and password provided to sign in here.

Dividends will generally be distributed to you each year via your Computershare account during the second half of May of each year, following the company’s audited financials being finalized as of April 30th.
Dividends cannot be reinvested into shares.
Tax information (annual 1099 form) is also available in your Computershare account.
This stock has never been listed on an exchange. If you want to sell your shares, or to buy additional shares, write to ownterracycle@terracycle.com. We keep lists of people wanting to buy and sell shares, and we introduce individuals who can come to terms and effectuate transactions through Computershare.
Unless or until these shares are listed on an exchange - or until further notice - there is no official valuation of the share, other than the original purchase price of $100/share.
